Configurable padding size #9

Just a quick change so the default padding used can be configured by the user via a command line flag. It adds a new --padding command line flag that allows to specify the padding to be used.

Hey sorry I totally missed this, I was actually considering adding this especially for smaller window sizes. I'll take a look this weekend.

This beta release should include your changes: https://github.com/enricozb/popup.kak/releases/tag/v0.6.0-beta

(it's beta due to some additional mouse support)
