Add Hvac Modes Toggle #22

I'd like to be able to hide the ability to change the HVAC mode of the thermostat. I think this should accomplish that but I haven't worked on any HA components before so not sure if I'm missing something. If you're okay with this addition I can also update the README with the respective changes.

Thank you for the PR, however this is beyond the scope of this card. Trying to stay as true to the native card as possible.
