Google Sitemap Generator Admin Console not found on IIS on windows 2008 R2 server #185

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I installed it as admin
msiexec /a D:\Software\GoogleSiteMapGenerator\sitemap_win-be
ta1-20091231.msi

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I don't see the console running on IIS or under services

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
We want to install it to use on SharePoint which resides on Windows 2008 R2 
Server
