Installation instructions are missing #13

The installation instructions do not exist and the official sublime text 3 documentation indicates a package manager but this project is not in the list.

My apologies. This is a very old project, from when Sublime Text was at version 2 and the community relied on a 3rd party package manager. About 5 or 6 years ago it was reported to not be working on Sublime Text 3, but by that time I had moved on to another editor. Like I said on #10, I'll be happy to merge a pull request if there's interest - or even hand off this repository to somebody else.
