[DO NOT MERGE] zwj check, segmenter wasm polyfill #1480

Implements Intl.Segmenter polyfill to be able to recognize each text segments (characters, emojis, compound emojis) and clear ZWJ characters other than compound emoji use.

Note: pleae do not merge yet, currently polyfill dependency served from github repo directly instead of npm, needs to be published and updated.
