add Mises Browser links and logo #546

Mises browser support:

  1. Support to open the ENS name through the browser address bar or hyperlink, and access its registered IPFS/IPNS content

  2. The ENS name can be directly displayed in the address bar instead of jumping to the gateway address

  3. Support setting IPFS gateway address, users can choose their trusted and high-speed gateway

  4. When a user accesses a ENS name that doesn't exist, it will automatically jump to the web3 official page
