[x] Divide the monolith into multiple sub projects all of which are hosted in separate repos.
[x] Implement dependency injection using VInject between shell, cli, core and app.
[x] Fix project to work as intended as before the division.

The project is currently at a working state (albeit much further ahead of the previous beta state before the transition to DI and modularization). This PR is ready for review.
