Figure out UI for editing tags

(Now that we have the ability to add tags to individual bets, perhaps we can make this part of making bets editable?)

Either that, or we'll need our own UI for the tags. If we have our own UI for the tags, that would allow easy modification of the tags themselves?

I need to think about this but wanted to make a github issue for now.

just FYI this could work with the new edit bet UI. I think that there is a UI i need to make for the enter bets screen that allows you to add tags to things. potentially i could put this on every tag box. the enter bets page tag box, view bets tag box and the edit bets tag boxes. so yes to the thing that you have in ()

Sweet, let's do that then. We can probably incorporate this with the ticket I made for finding ways to tag a bet with multiple bets as well
