Change Enter Bets Page Layout for Entry Boxes #108

So, I was thinking that the enter bets page really looked a lot prettier and cleaner when the box for each bet wasn't as large vertically. Towards that end, I'd like all the boxes to enter info to be all on one line. Here's how I'm thinking to accomplish this:

1) Make the boxes for spread, risk, odds, etc about half as big. 2) Make the matchbook like-dropdowns about a cm less wide

That should provide enough room for us to have all the boxes on one line.
