Add "click to expand" or "click to see games" to the league name on the enter bets page #109

It seems like a lot of people are having problems figuring out that you can click on the league names to see the games underneath. At least, that's the feedback I've gotten whenever I've introduced people to the page without telling them how to use it. Maybe if we add text saying "Click to see games" that would help?
