W-L-T Grouped By Risk should say "Less than 101" instead of "Less than 100" #128

Right now, if you have a $100 bet, it would fall under "Less than 100", which is obviously not true when it is...$100.

Actually, while we're at it, "Risk" should probably be "Wager Size" unless we're actually only basing it on the risk amount.

On SS 1.0, we based it off of the "Wager Size" where it was the "To Win" for bets with negative odds and the "Risk" for bets with positive odds. Alternatively, I suppose you could code it as the smaller of the "Risk" or "To Win" amounts, but I know you hate it when I tell you how to code. ;)

I changed the text to say "Wager Size" instead of risk. The calculation is literally all bets that match the risk value that was entered when the user first entered the bet. If you want this calculation to be different please tell me, and open another ticket.
