2nd Half Alerts for selected games #132

As a follow up to what we were talking about, let's create the ability to text people with the halftime scores of bets they select.

This will mainly be for people using that Tony1 NBA Road System, but could potentially have other uses as well.

Basically, a user would record a bet and then have the ability to "Send Halftime Score" (maybe we could use a button on the view bets screen or something - like edit bets or delete bets, etc).

Once that happens, the screen should prompt them to enter their phone number and carrier We'll have to have behind the scenes logic to figure out the email addresses of each person's phone no depending on their carrier. For instance, I know my att phone no email for texting is 8324629765@txt.att.net and my tmobile one was 8324629765@tmomail.net

But yeah, basically, when the games goes to halftime, the phone will get a text message with the score of the game at halftime. It can be simple, like

Halftime Score Alert - Team A 55, Team B 60

I'm making this patch 1.0 unless you think you can make this happen for initial release. If you think you can, let's make it next release, but otherwise, this is the highest priority for Patch 1.0

We'll prob have to give people the option of using other carriers as well by allowing them to type in a phone no e-mail addy straight up.

If we do that, we'll have to add a note somewhere on the page saying "If you use a different cell phone carrier, you'll need to find your cell phone no's email address and give it to us. link Google link is a good way to find this out. Try searching for " email as text. Generally, the format is 1234567890@provider.com or something similar."

Unless you are close / want to finish this, I'm going to move this as a priority until next season. Since everything ends at the end of March anyway, let's aim to start this at the beginning of next NBA season.
