Create Profile Page #134

We need a profile page for people to keep track of their info. Basically, it will need to:

1) Allow users to change password 2) Change email (unless this is a primary key?) 3) See the phone no that we will be texting if they set up alerts. It should show this as two fields, the phone no and the carrier.
