SageStats redirect should put people on register.php at sharpbettracker instead of index.php #141

This will eliminate one mouse click required for registration. I'm sure if people want to learn more about sharpbettracker, they can just go to the home page themselves, but since people got to sharpbettracker by clicking "register" on sagestats, they should already be ready to register.
