Create little box telling users what we're working on so they feel involved with the site #145

As we discussed earlier, let's keep it simple, with just a box saying what we're working on, with "Like, will use" and "Don't like, will not use" buttons.

It can go above the navigation bar, like this image here: http://www.123triadpro.com/triad33/sharp_bet_tracker/option2/

Once that's created, we can tell them we're working on the shared graph thing! ^^

This will not be automated, and will be updated manually by me through ftp:

I expect the box to look something like this: /start box

The "more info" hyperlink can link to the github issue where there is a more descriptive description and people can comment on it.

Let's configure the box to be able to show different ones on a rotating / random basis. This way, I can create more than 1 "improvement" to be shown at a time and it can cycle. Would it be too hard to define how many to rotate at any given time? We'll obviously have different amounts of things we're working on at any given time.

I can probably edit this through FTP or something, but if you have something else in mind, that'd be cool.

do you want people to be able to look through the code? If we link to github they will be able to.

Um...I guess a little pop up window with a description would work better then, working like the popups we currently have for bet entry.

Comment box is optional then I guess; I don't know how hard that woul dbe to code, but I imagine hard.

Requirements for this changed into a page that has a list of features that allows people to up and down vote them. Then another page that has more details and a comment section for people to talk about the features.

http://www.sharpbettracker.com/features/index has the header now. Do you need me to help you with anything? This ticket seems to be taking forever to resolve, and I would like to get it resolved before moving on.
