For MLB games, default bet choice to moneyline instead of spread #147

I feel like this is a small change with a big benefit in terms of usability for our UI since most people will be betting on moneylines.

Also, when we make this change, we should lift the restriction where odds are always -110

One more thing. while we're at it, let's default the game filter to start today instead of today -1. It gets a lot more confusing with baseball having games every day and saves our users one click.

Also, is it possible to display the pitchers next to the team names in the bet entry screen?

For instance Orioles @ Yankees 4/13/11 7:05 PM

instead of

Orioles (C. Tillman) @ Yankees (A. Burnett) 4/13/11 7:05 PM

That would help clear up confusion for our users a ton imo.
