Parlays - Validation Message #22

Right now, if you don't put in enough info to make a parlay from the selected games, it just says "unable to make parlay." Could we have that say "All Bets in Parlay must have a value for spread/total) instead?

This may be a non-issue if we're able to have people edit the spreads in the parlay after they hit "parlay"

i made this change. i think that in general we may need to make some error handling changes all over the site. but i say we can handle them later once everything is more smoothed out.
