Make the index text show up without having to log in.

And add the "Enter bets" text that I sent you via googledocs.

from what i have been takling to you about. i am assuming that you want the links at the tops to link to this text and so on? do you want to do it any more like twitter where there is not the normal navigation on the non logged in page?

I think I'd prefer it this way. Plus, I don't know how you'd navigate to the text pages otherwise.
