Allow bets to be recorded that risk 0 to win 0 #37

This way, people can track bets that they were thinking about betting on, but don't actually have to bet on them.

Right now, I've been doing that with me $1 bets.

If it's possible, don't include bets that are $0 in calculations for ROI, breakeven, etc.

how are people going to know about this feature? would it be better to have this like mint where you can tag things with something and then set that tag to be not calculated in the total?
