Make view bets page pretty #57

Can we put the breakdowns into tables similar to hwo the tables looked like here? http://www.123triadpro.com/triad33/sharp_bet_tracker/option2/

You'll have to design a good looking tab, but a better looking view bets page would be more easily navigable (no forever scrolling) and prettier.

make this page pretty is hard to know when its done. feel free to open this back up if you had some other ideas in mind. I assume there are still a lot of things that need to be made pretty still.

Your changes don't work in Firefox for the tables.

erm, nvm. Apparently, that wasjust a weird glitch? Refresh fixed it.
