Don't reset filter on view bets page after deleting a bet #58

Right now, if you delete a bet, it resets the page (I assume), thus resetting the filter.

We should keep the last filter settings.

If you want to just not work on this until we have save settings on the page working, I'm okay with that. I assume that if we save the last filter used on the page, that would inadvertently fix this problem.

this is same as tagging. using referer to get them back correctly.
