Add option to add tags to individual bets on the enter bets page #59

That way, a user doesn't have to enter a bet, go to the view bets page, THEN tag it.

can you get online sometime soon to talk about where you want to put this? I am afraid we already are out of the UI box, and we need to figure out where we want to put all the boxes that we currently even have.

allow tagging of a bet, also show yellow background for bets created withen 30 seconds of now on view bets screen. closed by f7141547f6fe9a552161a8b66e7631ab35dd61e9
