New deleting system - using the checkboxes #61

Can we use the checkboxes to delete bets too? That would save us a column, plus would allow us to delete more than one at a time.

Plus, it'd be pretty intuitive to use, I think. We can have an "add tag" button above the checkboxes and a "delete" button. I think people would intuitively know how to use it.
