Add option for "open" bets for parlays/teasers #63

Oftentimes, you can place an "open" teaser or parlay. For instance, I can create an "open" 2 team parlay at a sportsbook, filling in 1 team for now and choosing the other later.

Can we have this functionality as well?

Basically, you'd have the open spot and have to fill it later with a game.

is this just to remind you to come back an look at it later, or is it to get the profit and loss up there earlier. I am not really sure what all you would need this to do. As of now if you did this and say picked a random game in the future it would just not mark the game as graded and not affect anything.

I would think it would be easiest to just add in both of the games when you "finish" it later. Or are you trying to get this to remind you that you have an open game somewhere?

Yeah, I guess you're right. I originally just added it so that way you wouldn't have to just have parlays and teasers appear magically out of nowhere (only inputting it when the bet was entirely finished), but that's not really a necessity.
