Enter Bets Page should auto-calculate odds when provided with a risk amount and a "to win" amount #75

If the boxes for Risk and To Win are filled in, but not odds, the odds box should auto-fill in with the correct calculation.

right now the odds always has -110 in it. Are you assuming that someone fills in the risk deletes the odds and then fill in the to win?

Yeah, for the auto-calc odds, someone would have to delete the odds.
