Give users the option to have units #76

For the breakdown by risk, we should let people choose their own units to display here. We're assuming $100, but if other people have different units, we should keep the same breakdown, but by that unit instead.

For instance, if a user had $200 units, we should keep track $0-$100, $101-$200, etc...

we shoudl keep track of $0-$200, $201-$400, etc.

this got bad votes on our features page. also considering its a UIX pain in the butt I am going to keep it on the backlog.

Yeah, I was pretty surprised at its unpopularity. Backlog is fine. Going to keep it open though
