Be able to search by not existing tag #88

Either we want to be able to search by columns that have no tags, or by columns that do not have a certain tag. If we want to search by rows that do not have a certain tag then we will need another UI option. Potentially after clicking the tag twice it turns into a "NO SIGN" some circle with a cross through it or something, this is similar to the way that mindsweeper works. Or we can just have a null field that would include rows that have no tags.

Oooh, this is definitely a better solution. Good call!

Though I think we should probably still have a "null" option since it's conceivable that someone might still want to filter by everything that doesn't have a tag.

after talking with edmund. I think having the null exist fixes everything. if someone selects every tag except for the one that they want to see then you can search for everything including null tag bets that do not have that tag.
