Enter Bets Page - When a moneyline bet is selected, grey out or hide the M/L box #9

This way, people won't be confused when they try to click on it (like I did).

Given a preference, I'd like the M/L box just to disappear, but if that's a lot more complicated, then just having it gray out when moneyline is selected would work too.

I thought that i had grayed it out. It is different the way that browsers handle it i guess. I will just hide it.

should this UI consider lining up all these boxes at some point?

I'm confused as to what you mean by lining up these boxes.

Oh, I think I see what you mean now. For now, I don't think it's important, but yeah, when we make it all pretty and insert it into the framework from 123triad, that would be nice.
