Create an "undo" button for tagging or deleting bets #94

I can see someone accidentally clicking "delete" instead of tag when they've selected a TON of bets.

Might be best to give people an "undo" option. We can probably have it in the message that flashes after a bet is deleted.

yeah. i was thinking about that. it should not be too hard but I like that its in Patch 1.0
