Add ability to swap to lane with healing if health below a % #5

Feature request in the form of a Pull Request :P

Feel free to change where it falls in precedence, but this would allow users to temporarily hop over to a lane with healing on it while below a certain percent

Also feel free to advise best default percentage. Needs to strike a balance between focusing DPS and maximizing health efficiency.

Awesome! I set the percent to 20, that way you'll use your own Medic first in order to stay on the high priority target and hopefully make more gold.
