update autobuyer

• added highlight for next upgrade
• now dynamically populates upgrade list in case of future upgrade tiers
• now accounts for upgrade tree costs/benefits for armor and auto-dps
• fixed weirdness with hooks
• general refactoring

You mean slave windows?

I disabled autoUpgrade and AutoUseAbility/Items on all slave windows, since the master window should take priority there.
