When updating the headers the initial done % in the download's task list is garbage

Issue happens in the batch view only (Group similar items) when computing partial completion percentages. The fundamental reason is that the Update task doesn't compute the completion correctly until the first command list to retrieve remote article numbers for first and last has run.
