Pattern editor: Select two adjacent notes and press a key to combine them into a single one #16

Took this out of MVP because it introduces a new path of overlapping notes (first starts at Time 0 and is duration 2, second starts at Time 1 and is duration 1).

Options:

  1. Disallow this. Only one note can occupy a cell.
  2. Something more complicated.
