Building relocatable macOS packages in CI #99

Similarly to Windows (#67) and Linux(#94) we also need packages for macOS. Requirements are the same, just that everything needs to work on macOS.

[x] have builds succeeding on CircleCI
[x] support for XCode 10
[x] tests are working correctly on CircleCI
[x] initial Dataframes-only package
[x] testing on other macOS versions
[ ] testing when embedded in Luna Studio
