Current "Record" button:
- moves to North-West
- icon changes to data_output
- tooltip changes to "Write Always"
- Continues to be on off toggle
New button in West position:
- Has workflow_play icon
- Tooltip is Write
- Is a single click action which causes the current component to refresh it's inputs/write its outputs

Currently, the Record button is always visible when on, but having it NW would make it a bit odd.
The rerunning a single node is not yet supported by engine probably.
