Add right click menu

Right clicking in an empty space on the Graph Editor background should open a menu.

It should have 2 entries:

1. The zoom control created here https://github.com/enso-org/enso/issues/8614
2. A add new component option (same functionality as the +)

Refinement notes:

• The zoom entry should be exactly the same as in top bar menu (use the same component)
• We right click should be properly handled, so it won't interfere with zoom-drag.
