Missing LinkedHashBiMap #235

I would like HashBiMap to preserve the order of the elements (sort of like 
LinkedHashMap).

I was going to write it myself, but HashBiMap is final :(

If an immutability is acceptable, you can use ImmutableBiMap, which does 
preserve the
insertion ordering.
