What are you needing here Susan? I'm happy to jam on this if you wanted to find a time? Is this things like, sign up and other automated emails? or mailchimp email lists?

I think there should be 2 lists - one of the opt ins from the website, the other current users. I need help constructing an email to both, initially telling then that Cobudget has been brought into the lab and then asking them for input, feeback, probably via a typeform? What do you think @SlimeyD
