I had a quick play and it looks like the uploading of profile pics in the Profile page might be broken (although it was already pretty broken so not sure if the migration was the cause). Anyway I think that it would make sense to push up the migrated code now and focus on getting the uploading finished properly ASAP.

I updated deps and migrated as per Migration Guide | FlutterFire so all tests passing and the app builds and runs.
