Rename: Start a Conversation use case (actions, reducers, etc.) #278

Following on from #277 where the folders for the MessagesPage widget were renamed, this PR is to rename the relevant part of the app state to match.

Started with state.conversationPage to messagesPage but grew:

renamed members of NewConversationPageVM to suggestions and selections
improved names of actions and reducers for retrieving the leaguers that act as suggestions in new conversation page
updated UpdateNewConversationPage to carry a list of Leaguer for the suggestions in new conversations page
moved enums into folders
removed the state enum for new conversation page's suggestions vm in favour of a boolean 'waiting'
