have the latest build installes

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.set task in task scheduler so pb runs @ log on
2.pb runs and updates
3.pb is not visible in the notification area or the task bar

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
to see pb on in the notification area instead nothing (and yes i checked my
settings)

What version of PeerBlock are you using? On what operating system? 32- or
64-bit? 7 x64 ultimate

Please provide any additional information below.  Make sure to attach
peerblock.log and/or any screenshots that would help explain your problem.
screen shot is from scheduled tasks currently running  peerblock.exe does
show in task manager as well
