)an't open torrent download page (help_)

Hi,
      i m new to peerblock and naive in these Ip things. i was running my peerblock and updated my default lists there. I use Trendmicro internet security trial version. I could not open the download torrent page at extratorrent.com, i disabled the 'Protection against the web threats" at trend micro, before that i could not even open the extratorrent site. Now whenever i choose a torrent to download it just mentioned 
    * The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.

    *   If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network
          connection.

    *   If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

What should i do next?  i could open and download these things yesterday. Did 
trend micro internet security changed my firewall settings? I'm using home 
(private network) and my windows firewall state is on, it also states ' block 
all the connections to the programs that are not on the list of allowed 
programs' 
 What should i do next ? pls help me
