Peer Block fails to close correctly and causes Run Time Error #379

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Right Click on PB icon in tray, select exit
2. Unable to reopen PB until a restart is performed
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Peer Block appears to close but attached error is displayed. When trying to 
reopen PB, the same error appears and the program does not open

What version of PeerBlock are you using? On what operating system? 32- or
64-bit? 64

Please provide any additional information below.  Make sure to attach
peerblock.log and/or any screenshots that would help explain your problem.

Could you please attach your peerblock.log file, so we can see if there are any 
more details in there about what's going on?  This file should be in C:\Program 
Files\PeerBlock.  Note that it may show up in Windows Explorer as a file named 
"peerblock" of type "Text File", depending on your Windows settings.
