Accessibility options making the program unusuable WIN & Android #2590

Description

on both the Windows desktop and Android apps I am unable to use this application. I have low vision and I use increased dpi scaling on windows (125%) and increased zoom and font sizes on android. Both screens look the same on startup.
I'm able to scroll both of them a small bit, but not enough to access any buttons that seem to be hiding below my sight.

Forgot to mention that I did try disabling dpi scaling via windows compability. No combination of the options worked for it.
