Import codes from Google Authenticator mentions 'Scan the QR code', which is only available in the mobile apps #2769

Description

The 'Import codes from Google Authenticator' screen prompts users to scan a QR code, but this feature is currently only available on mobile apps, not on desktop. On mobile, there is a purple button that allows users to scan the QR code.

This can be confusing for desktop users. It would be helpful to add a message indicating that this feature is only available on mobile devices. Alternatively, implementing the 'Scan QR code' feature on the desktop apps would be a nice improvement.

Please add at best a QR code file upload for the desktop app or an ability to enter the migration string by hand. If I convert the exported QR Code from Google Authenticator, it looks like this: otpauth-migration://offline?data=CjYBFDuYnsxK0Q%2FRgbg2adjshQzVFeqB ......
