Use of ampersand in key names #470

The name of the key is "H&R Block" and that's how it appears in the Android app. But on the ente webpage it only appears as a key named "H"

Adding on here, I am experiencing this on the iOS mobile app as well as the Windows and Mac desktop apps. This is not limited to the website only. If I try to name my key "23&Me" it automatically reverts to "23" when saving and syncs to all devices as the truncated name.

This is also the case in the android as of yesterday (v3.1.3) when I added the name "Bloom & Grow" it just showed "Bloom".
