Set up competition git repo strategy #121

We need to set up how we will share and deploy code at competition.

We can use either the field kit, or a usb stick for a git repo.

Whatever we use, we should use it at the shop for the week prior to Anderson ( beginning 2/26)

Idea: could we automate creating branches, pushing to gitea and deploying?
