Set up docker image and scripts to automate robot deply

idea:

docker image son raspberry pi that can:

• host gitea
• automatically deploy to robot
• push branch in gitea

simpler strategy: just install wpilob on the pi-- there is a native arm distro: https://github.com/wpilibsuite/allwpilib/releases/tag/v2024.3.1

Current plan:

• BeeLink is build server
  • install wpilib x64 linux
  • install git
  • install gitea
  • scripts to deploy
  • scripts to deploy prior version(roll back)
  • scripts to capture logs

• competition branch set up when we lave the shop and put int gitea
• students branch off of that, merged when approved
• build server does these things
• tag current with v hour/minute
• store last build
• clean checkout of anderson branch
• deploy

roll back is go back to prior build
