Bug? Category-page Footer Appears at Top of Page #13

hi

i placed my footer code here: https://gunsense.xyz/index.php?title=MediaWiki:Hf-nsfooter-Category

on category pages, it appears at top of page, above the list of pages in the category: https://gunsense.xyz/index.php/Category:Rebuttal_Deep-Dives

PS, why can't i use this? https://gunsense.xyz/index.php/MediaWiki:Category_footer

If you were to add content to your category page (i.e. if you were to "edit" the page and type some stuff), the HeaderFooter's header(s) would exist above the content and HeaderFooter's footer(s) would be below it. On Category pages the list of pages in the category is not considered content, and gets put after the content.

On quick inspection I don't see a simple way to add another footer for Category pages below the list of pages in the category. I'm sure it could be done, but it'd take some work.
