Link to add action does not pick up namespace of page

For example, if you generate an action from Mediawiki:Sidebar or User:Daren, it populates the Related article field with "Sidebar" or "Daren".

This can be fixed by using {{FULLPAGENAME}}. README was updated in 0b29d393f8ac604a920cb8c61926b41ab2dcd407
